At theboringrich, all products sold are digital downloads (eBooks, templates, tools, or other digital content). Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for digital products unless:
There is a technical issue preventing access, or
An accidental duplicate purchase was made
Exceptions & Support
If you believe there has been an error with your order, such as:
- You were charged more than once
- You did not receive the product
- You’re experiencing a technical issue with the download

Unauthorized Refund Claims
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:
- Lack valid supporting documentation
- Are submitted after the 7-day window
- Appear fraudulent or abusive
